By the end of this three-hour workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify and interpret key sections of the ACA Code of Ethics and Texas LPC Rules most frequently cited in disciplinary actions.
• Analyze real-world case examples from professional counseling regulatory boards to recognize ethical pitfalls and decision-making challenges.
• Apply prevention strategies and ethical decision-making models to strengthen professional practice, minimize risk of violations, and enhance client protection.
